Hello. Happy Spring!
Another Friday and this one brings a new challenge at the Fussy and Friday Challenge Blog. The new theme is 'Shabby Chic'. Our challenge hostess is Judy and we're being sponsored by Live and Love Crafts. Make sure you pop over to the Fussy and Friday Challenge Blog to get complete details of the challenge and how you can join in the fun. And please check out the fabulous cards that my DT teammates have created to inspire you.
And so...this is my card.
I've turned this into an easel card...
As you can see I ink-distressed the paper edges of my designer paper pieces, which is my normal practice. But this time I also distressed the paper edges with my little Tim Holtz Paper Distresser tool to make the card look shabbier. The thing is I didn't do a very good job at it's hard to see...Arrgghh. Honestly it's too much work and too time consuming to distress by hand. What I need is one of those Zutter Distrezz-It-All machines!!! It's on my wish list...hee hee.
Being featured is this adorable Magnolia image...
- Tilda Binding Flowers from the Special Moments Collection 2013
