Our current challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog is 'Animal and Accessory Stamps'--that means no Tilda or Edwin images allowed! We want you to use animal and/or accessory stamps (that includes backgrounds) on your card/project. Visit the Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog for complete challenge details and how you can join in the fun. And check out the fabulous cards that my DT teammates have created for your inspirations.
Here is what I have created for the challenge.
This is actually an easel card...
I made a play on the word 'because' for the sentiment...hee hee. Cute, eh?
I spent way too much time working on the clovers...yikes, lots of patience but I had fun doing it though. I was really trying to make them look as much like the real ones as possible...hmmm...I came pretty darn close, don't you think?
I've used a couple of Magnolia stamps to create this meadow scene. I'm featuring...
- Little Miss Muu Muu from the Summer Memories Collection 2012
- Barbed Wire Background from the Summer Memories Collection 2012
Little Miss Muu Muu was cut out and mounted on pieces of foam tape (not masked).
Check out also the stamps from Wee Stamps, Wild Rose Studios and Candibeans.
Magnolia-licious also carries cutting dies from various companies including Memory Box, PoppyStamps, Magnolia Doohickey. and other crafting tools such as Flowers, Prima Chalk Edgers, etc. Have a look! The site is sporting a brand new look.
Prices are discounted, you get excellent customer service and what's more, you get to earn 2% credit to be applied to future purchases. Sweet!
