Love Peace Joy - FFFC #176 'Ice and/or Snow'

Hello.

We're starting a new challenge at the Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge.  The lovely Judy is our hostess for this challenge and she has chosen 'Ice and/or Snow, with lots of textures and sparkles' as her theme.  This challenge is being sponsored by Live and Love Crafts.  Please hop over to the Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge for complete details of the challenge.  Don't forget to check out the fabulous cards that my teammates have created to inspire you to play along with us.

Here's the card I've created for the challenge.

For added texture, I've dabbed some gesso to the die-cut pine branches and pinecones to create snow.  I've also added glitter to the die-cut and punched snowflakes.  Glitter was also added to the patches of snow on the image.

(If you're interested, you can find the tutorial on how to make the pinecones, HERE.)

A closer look at the image being featured.

This oh-so-adorable image designed by Sylvia Zet of Wee Stamps is called 'Lullaby.'
You can find this and others from Sylvia's digital-image collection HERE and HERE
If you prefer them in rubber-stamp version, they are available from Whimsy Stamps HERE.
