Season's Greetings

Hello.

Wow...it's September already!  Calendar-wise it's still summer, but the past few days have been a bit chilly here.  Hoping it will warm up again to extend the growing season for my vegetable plants.  I want my beets to grow bigger!

I need to work on my Christmas cards!  I took an inventory count and the number is sadly very very small.  December will be here before you know it...tends to creep up on you...ha ha.

And so...here's a Christmas card that I just finished.

This Christmas fairy being featured is from a digital stamp from Sugar Nellie.

This delightful image is called 'On the Wings of Love' available from Funky Kits on-line store, HERE.
I've used my Letraset alcohol-ink markers to do the colouring--Promarkers and Pantone Trias--along with a few coloured pencils.  I've also added some micro-fine glitter to the the wings.

Just A Note... - FFFC #120 Bingo Board

Hello.  Happy Friday!

Today we're starting a new challenge at the Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge. It's a 'Bingo Board' challenge (board shown below) and the lovely Nathalie is the hostess for this challenge.  We're also being sponsored by Fresh Brewed Designs.  Make sure you pop over to Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge to get complete details of the challenge and how you can join in the fun.

Here's what I've created as my DT card for the challenge.

This is the Bingo board for the challenge.

and I have quite a few lines (vertical, horizontal or diagonal) to choose from as I actually have all except two of the items on my card!  I don't have strass--I think that's rhinestones--or frantage.

This is how I've decorated the inside of my card.

I've coloured my images with my Letraset markers.  And you can see the glitter I've added to her wings in this close-up!

This is a Sugar Nellie digital stamp called 'Story Teller' which you can find at Funky Kits.

These two images shown here with some masking work are from Magnolia and they are:
- Tip Leaves from the Pet and Animal Collection 2009
Small Snail from the Fairytale Collection 2010

You can find Magnolia stamps at Magnolia-licious, Diana's on-line store, where she has a large selection of both full-size and mini-size images.  If you don't see the particular stamp you are looking for, ask Diana if she can bring it in for you.
